Summer staff are selected after a thorough and thoughtful process that includes:

Applicants will be required to submit personal and/or professional references from work and/or school.
Background Checks
We will conduct CORI and SORI checks through the Massachusetts system, as well as the FBI fingerprint database.

Staff FAQs
How old do you need to be to work Summer at Inly?
We require all employees to be a minimum of 17 years of age. We also work with a limited number of CIT’s from age 14.
Do I need to bring lunch?
Lunch is provided for you.
What hours can I expect to work?
Hours vary depending on your role.
Can I take time off over the summer?
We rely on our summer staff to be committed in order for us to offer an outstanding camp expereince. We ask that you give us notice if you need to take time off so we can plan around your absence.
What should I expect for staff training?
All staff are required to attend training sessions.
