Ready to register your camper for a summer of fun at Inly? 

Please read all the important information below carefully.  

Registration account

To register for summer at Inly you will need to start an account with our registration platform called Homeroom. If you are a returning camper you will already have a Homeroom account. The registration button will direct you to Homeroom

We require a $100.00 non-refundable deposit per camper, per week of camp at the time of registration. All accounts must be paid in full by May 15, 2025. After May 15th, full payment is expected at the time of registration.

  • Any monies (less deposits) paid toward the balance of the program are refundable or transferable up until May 1st, 2025, provided that the camp office has been notified in writing of the withdrawal.
  • Prior to May 1st, 2025, balances (less deposits) may be transferred to another program, based on availability, or applied to another immediate family member, again based on availability, or applied to another immediate family member, again based on availability.
  • After May 1st, 2025, but prior to June 1, 2025, 50% of monies paid (less deposits) will be refunded, provided that the camp office has been notified in writing of the withdrawal.
  • After June 1, 2025, all camp fees are non-refundable.

Once a session has reached its maximum enrollment, a waitlist is created for that specific program session. There is no cost to remain on a wait list.

If an opening becomes available, a camper will be enrolled and charged the deposit for that session. The family will be notified and will have 24 hours to cancel the new enrollment to receive a full refund if the spot is no longer desired.

We make every effort to accommodate changes to enrollment. All requests for changes must be submitted to summer summer@inlyschool.org.

Please note, all changes in enrollment are dependent upon availability.

Health History and Physical Forms: All health forms must be on file by June 15, 2025. It is a violation of state regulations to have any campers in our programs without the proper health information on file. All campers must have the online health history forms uploaded or emailed, a signed physical exam report within the past 18 months, and a signed immunization record.

Any camper who can navigate well in a typical school setting should thrive at Summer at Inly. However, because children’s safety is paramount, some prospective campers’ physical or emotional considerations may require extra support. Please call us to discuss your child’s specific needs and to find out if our camp is an appropriate placement.

At Summer at Inly, a positive approach to behavior management begins by offering an engaging, developmentally appropriate camp experience. We strive to create the optimum conditions for campers to fully and appropriately participate in camp activities. A camper may be suspended or permanently dismissed from Summer at Inly if their actions do not meet our behavior policy detailed in our summer parent handbook.

What grade do I register my child for camp?

Register your child for camps that cover the grade he or she will enter in the Fall. For example, if your child is currently in grade 2 register for camps available for 3rd graders.  

Lunch is included in the cost of your camp.

A sibling discount is available for 3rd siblings and beyond. A sibling discount of 5% will be added to the 3rd siblings and beyond.
